Ayurvedic Massage uses warm sesame and herbal oils, it uses medium to stong pressure and works all the main areas of the body from the toes to the head and neck.

Marma points are acupressure points. These energy junctions are stimulated and massaged to bring healing and balance to the body. There are 108 main points throughout the body.

Rates:

$90 for 90 mins for appointments in Golden Bay $10 extra for nelson

$60 for 60 mins for appointments in Golden Bay $10 extra for nelson

Minimum fee:

Golden Bay $60 (1 person minimum)
Nelson $200 (2 person minimum)
